Sanford Bemidji Peak Performance is the area’s only full service outpatient rehabilitation provider. Rehab at Peak Performance is the natural next step to services received as a patient in the hospital, Acute Rehab Unit, nursing home, or through home health care. We can meet all of your rehab needs under one roof which optimizes your recovery and your time. Our therapists work with you one-on-one to create a treatment program customized to your personal needs.
Our 15,000 square foot outpatient rehabilitation center includes:
- 3,000 square-foot therapy gym
- 17,000 gallon warm water therapeutic pool
- Child-friendly pediatric therapy area with secure outdoor space
- Private treatment rooms

After Therapy
Once you have completed your therapy treatment at Peak Performance you may continue working independently through one of our self-pay maintenance programs. This convenient benefit allows you to continue independently with your program in a familiar and supportive environment where our staff is readily available to answer your questions and guide you towards your best health.
