Online Childbirth Education is Perfect For:

Helping to Create a Positive Childbirth Experience

The Gift of Motherhood online childbirth class will provide the knowledge you need to have a positive birth experience. This program uses animated illustrations, videos, voice-overs, and interactive activities to guide you through the basics of childbirth, breastfeeding, and caring for your baby. You can review the content as often as you want. In addition, you'll receive a personal copy of the program book. We'll also provide you options for touring our labor and delivery unit where you can meet our knowledgeable and skilled staff.

• The cost of Sanford Bemidji Medical Center's online childbirth education is $10, which includes a copy of the book, The Gift of Motherhood.
• Once we receive payment, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to the online childbirth education site, your personal access code, and additional information about use of the online childbirth education program. Your copy of The Gift of Motherhood will be mailed to you or you may pick it up from our Education Department.
