Senior Housing Development

North Country Health Services is proud to announce construction of a new Senior Housing Development. This expansion includes eighty catered living apartment homes, which feature independent and assisted living with underground parking. The one-story memory care building will have 27 studio apartments.

The development will also include amenities such as a library and media center, grand fireplace lounge, commercial kitchen and dining room, two guest motel-like suites, hair salon and barber shop, community room, fitness facility, outdoor patios and walking paths.
